On June 16, 2021, HUD’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) provided a timely forum entitled “On the Brink: The Looming Eviction Crisis of the COCID-19 Pandemic”.  The forum offers a variety of resources and legal tools for aiding tenants facing eviction.

Below are links to the June 16, 2021 forum, the PowerPoint for the June 16, 20-21 forum, and an outline (with case citations) for obtaining injunctive relief. Please contact our office for additional information.
